Event Description
World-Changer is one of Bethel's seven core values. At Bethel, we aim to prepare graduates who are equipped to use their God-given talents to shape and change the world. The World-Changers Series provides an opportunity for Bethel alums, parents, donors, ministry partners, and friends to hear insights from world-changers within and beyond the Bethel community.
Former Chicago Tribune legal editor Lee Strobel tells the story of his journey from atheism to Christianity, highlighting the evidence that convinced him Jesus is the unique Son of God. It’s a highly personal story that will encourage and equip attendees to share Jesus with people in their sphere of influence. Lee's full story is chronicled in The Case for Christ, a #1 bestseller that has influenced millions of people worldwide.
Lee Strobel serves as Professor of Christian Thought at Houston Baptist University and as a Teaching Pastor at Woodlands Church in Texas, one of the largest congregations in the country. His latest book is The Case for Grace, which received the 2016 Christian Book Award for Nonfiction.
