Event Description
The Bethel community and its friends are invited to the Bethel History Center's spring event:
Planting Churches, Reaching Out…in Changing Times
9:30-10 a.m. | Refreshments | $3
10-11 a.m. | Program | Free
Join us to consider the new strategies being used to plant churches in today’s culture. Hear from Paul Johnson, pastor of Woodridge Church in Medina and past executive director of national ministries for the BGC/CW. Paul has been a catalyst for innovative church planting and outreach in our denomination. He will be joined by Erik Lindeen, church planter of Mosaic Church in Maple Grove. In addition, historians Vic Winquist and Russ Baustian will give us a look at interesting outreach strategies of years past.
If you have a personal story about church planting or outreach, stop by our oral history table for a brief interview.
An offering will be received to further the ongoing work of the Friends of the History Center.
