Event Description

Building community works best in small groups—just ask Jesus’ disciples. This fall, your Faculty Development Committee will sponsor small groups (Professional Learning Communities) for faculty to bond together and to grow professionally.

Each PLC of 6-8 people will focus on a development theme and be facilitated by faculty colleagues. Group members will explore their theme and support each other’s growth in faith
and professional skills. Groups may meet in person, online, or both. The facilitator will lead the group in deciding on times, places, and modes of meeting.
We invite all CAPS, Seminary, and GS faculty to indicate their interest in and 1st and 2nd choices for a PLC that that speaks to their hearts.
Please click below regarding your interest (or not) in participating in a PLC. If you indicate that you are interested in a topic, the facilitator will contact you. In order to begin by mid-November, please RSVP by October 14. This year, let’s build community as we grow professionally!
