Event Description

This is part of a series of gatherings designed to give pastors and ministry leaders the opportunity to learn from one another as we seek to develop whole-life disciples in our church communities. Each gathering focuses on a different topic and is facilitated by pastors who have especially considered how the topic shapes their approach to pastoring. Our topic at this gathering:

Stories of Faith and Work Transformation

Are you passionate about whole-life discipleship? Do you ever wonder how you can make a difference in your congregation or workplace? Join us for a morning of testimony as three local Christian leaders describe how their organizations are bringing transformation to the Twin Cities and beyond. Get an inside look at each person’s role, see the specific ways God is blessing his or her work, and hear powerful examples of success stories that will re-energize your ministry. Bring your questions and get encouraged to implement your own ideas.

Our speakers:

  • Susan Hewitt, Executive Director, UpWorks
  • Shawn Morrison, Senior Pastor, Cedarcrest Church; Executive Director, Good in the ’Hood
  • Daniel Trautmann, Director of Vocational Advocacy, Firehouse Chapel; Global Deployment Specialist, Publish4All

Make plans now to join us for a meal and fellowship this winter!
