Retirement Reception for Mike Holmes

You’re invited to an open house in honor of retiring University Professor Mike Holmes. There will be a brief program at 5 p.m.

Dr. Holmes has taught at Bethel for 35 years and throughout his career has written several books, presented in the U.S. and abroad, and made a difference in the lives of countless students. One of his enduring accomplishments was his involvement with a faculty group that developed Bethel’s Christianity in Western Culture course in 1986. The course has become a foundation of Bethel's liberal arts education; thousands of students have taken the course over the years.
