Event Description
This presentation describes the results of a nationwide, experimental study conducted to test the effectiveness of a training intervention in producing intra/inter-rater reliability among nursing faculty when evaluating student clinical performances. The quantitative results suggest important implications for the design and implementation of high-stakes student assessments. The qualitative findings suggest that it is valuable for nursing faculty to be aware of their strengths when evaluating students.
