Event Description

Join us for a social work training looking at practical concepts and exercises useful for students, field instructors, practitioners, supervisors, and administrators. The training will be on a toolkit for multiplying resilience through empowerment-oriented communication, collaboration and leadership. 2.5 CEU (appropriate for supervision CEUs).

  • Learn powerful and practical techniques to increase self-awareness and personal resilience, linked to high work satisfaction
  • Develop strategies that contribute to a vibrant organizational culture, promoting empowerment-oriented communication and collaboration with others
  • Strengthen your leadership core, enhancing your ability to foster resilience, opportunity and performance within those you lead
