Event Description
Last day to add, drop or withdrawal from a class for the Fall Semester at the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS).
September 10 | Last day to add/drop a first-half or full-term course
October 11 | Last day to withdraw from a first-half course
October 29 | Last day to add/drop a second-half course
November 22 | Last day to withdraw from a full-term course
December 6 | Last day to withdraw from a second-half course
January 7 | Last day to add/drop an interim course
January 22 | Last day to withdraw from an interim course
February 10 | Last day to add/drop a first-half or full-term course
March 13 | Last day to withdraw from a first-half course
April 3 | Last day to add/drop a second-half course
May 1 | Last day to withdraw from a full-term course
May 8 | Last day to withdraw from a second-half course
Add/drop deadlines allow you to add or drop a class without affecting your transcript. After that date the course will show up on your transcript either with the assigned grade from the professor or a W if you withdraw before the withdraw deadline.
Withdraw deadlines allow you to drop out of a class and a W will be assigned on your transcript for that course. After that date, the assigned grade by the professor will be on your transcript.
