Event Description

Bethel Business Academy connects high school students who are interested in a business career with expert faculty and local business professionals in a university setting. Students will explore a variety of business careers and gain insight about personal strengths and interests, providing direction for college and career planning.

This 2 1/2-day academy begins with check-in between 3:30 and 5 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, and ends with an awards banquet (parents included) from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 13.  

At the Bethel Business Academy you will:

  • Discover your business passion through taking the Strong Interest Inventory.
  • Be inspired by keynote speaker, Jim Green, former CEO of Kemps.
  • Meet with business professional from companies like:
    • Wells Fargo
    • Allina Health
    • SportsEngine
    • Bite Squad
    • Xede
    • Allison-Williams
  • Compete for prizes in a team case study competition.
  • Connect with business faculty from:
    • Accounting

  • Experience business thinking through engaging activities.
  • Visit the Federal Reserve.
