This event is open to all students interested in exploring unique and rewarding careers in healthcare. 

At this showcase, you'll learn about the breadth of healthcare career possibilities, including potential jobs, and internships. During the first hour of the event, each employer representative will briefly describe their company, and highlight available positions. During the second hour, you'll have the opportunity to network with these employers, explore possible career paths, and make connections for potential jobs and internships. 

Several of the companies present participate in the $5,000 Health Start-up Internship Scholarship Program. If you're looking for an internship and want to earn a $5,000 scholarship, here's your chance to get in front the people who hire the students in that program.

How to Prepare

Preparation is the key to success at any networking event!

1.    Create or update your resume and bring copies to the event.

2.    Research each company and take notes.

3.    Create a list of key questions to ask.

4.    Practice your introduction (your elevator speech). Include your name, class, major, internship/job goal, relevant experiences, and skills.

5.    Wear business casual attire to the event.
