Event Description

We see leadership in practice throughout our churches, organizations, and society, but rarely take time to reflect on what leadership practices are effective and what leadership practices are consistent with a biblical worldview. Designed for pastors and ministry leaders, this seminar explores proven leadership practices based on biblical wisdom and contemporary research. Engaging themes from their book Leadership in Christian Perspective, Bethel Seminary professors Justin Irving and Mark Strauss unpack the nature of healthy and effective leadership for the church and beyond. Pastors, ministry leaders, and Christians who care about biblical perspectives on leadership are welcome to join us for this extended morning seminar.
