| Instructions for Guests | Check in will be at Heritage Hall during the following hours. If you can not arrive on campus during these hours, please call the office to make alternate arrangements. Pre-conference check in: Tuesday June 23rd 3 pm - 8 pm. Main Conference check in: Wednesday June 24th Noon - 8 pm. Check out procedures will be posted in the dorm. Meal tickets for Thursday are available for pre-purchase. Breakfast $6.75, Dinner $11.00. At the door prices are $8.20 and $13.60. Meal tickets are non-refundable. |
| Cost | $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your room. Final payment will be due June 9th, 2020. If you choose to pay only the deposit now, we will invoice you for the balance June 1st. |

Pricing is per suite. Suites can sleep up to 6 people - 3 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds.
1 Linen pack per person will be provided. Sheet set, pillow, blanket, bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth.
Package A: Main Conference 2 nights $300 + tax. Check in Wednesday June 24th, Noon - 8 pm. Check out Friday June 26th by 2 pm. Package B: Conference and Pre-conference 3 nights $550 + tax. Check in Tuesday June 23rd 3 pm - 8 pm. Check out Friday June 26th by 2 pm. Weekend Add on: Add Friday and Saturday nights $250 + tax. Check out Sunday by 2 pm. Register |
Event Description
REACH Conference housing will be available at Bethel this June. Heritage Hall is suite style housing, each suite has 3 bedrooms, a private bathroom, and living area - perfect for families or two couples who want to stay together. Up to 6 people can stay in a suite and only one person needs to register, please indicate on your registration form how many people will be staying in your suite. Housing packages are available for the main conference, and the pre-conference. If you plan to stay through the weekend to enjoy some of the sights in the area, we are also offering a weekend add on package. We are unable to accommodate variations from these packages.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted through June 1st. Meal tickets and the deposit are non-refundable.
