Event Description

Faculty, staff, administration, and students: Take 5 minutes and change your wellbeing for second semester! Stop by for 5 minutes during one of these time windows:

10 a.m.-12 p.m. | For employees
12-1:30 p.m. | For students

This first annual W.E.L.L. event will offer on-campus resources, simple practices, and useful information that could change your intrapersonal wellbeing. You can also register for and pick up a 21 DAYS W.E.L.L. Challenge packet. You're encouraged to form a small team with others in the Bethel community to see if your group can complete a challenge designed to positively impact your wellbeing.
