Event Description

Leveraging Emotional Intelligence for Leadership Effectiveness(tm)

Emotions are involved in every human interaction and are a powerful factor in the equation when individuals, teams, managers and organizations as a whole work together. Your emotional intelligence (EQ) has everything to do with the quality of decisions you make and on the results you achieve.  And, whether you like it or not, your emotional intelligence has an impact on the people you interact with, manage or lead.

Regina Barr, Founder and CEO of Red Ladder, Inc. and Founder of the Women at the Top(r) Network, will help us to understand

  1. The dimensions of Emotional Intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, social regulation and social awareness)

  2. The role that Emotional Intelligence plays in personal/professional success

  3. Easy ways to develop Emotional Intelligence
