Faculty, staff, administration, and students: You're invited to stop by the next W.E.L.L.:
10 a.m.-12 p.m. | For employees
12-1:30 p.m. | For students
At this event, you'll have the option to step on the InBody scanner and learn some important information regarding your body's current state. Receive a printout with detailed information and some suggestions on how to engage with this winter's 21 DAY Challenge. The Challenge invites you to choose one of three options, each focusing on movement and nutrition. Together, as an entire community, we will redirect our attention for 21 DAYS to these two pivotal habits that influence a person's wellbeing.
Register at the February 11 event for the 21 DAY Challenge. As always, you're encouraged to form a small team with others in the Bethel community to complete the challenge together.
