Event Description
This field orientation session will:

Introduce you to our new program director and field liaison faculty

Review Bethel's Field Program and Performance Assessment Instrument and Evaluation process

Offer practical tips to address supervision roles, student perspectives and ethical scenarios

Review safety considerations, reporting procedures and student improvement plan processes

Explore ways to support developmental professional growth through intentional learning expectations with a focus on the 9 social work competencies contextualized in your setting.
