LAB for the "Middle"

Are you an employee that is in 'the middle'?

Employees who are in 'the middle' are not on cabinet but have an area that they lead. They could be department chairs, deans, program directors, supervisors and/or managers. If you fall into one of these categories at CAS/CAPS/SEM/GS, this next LAB is specifically for you!

We're trying to learn about training needs and what would help you thrive in your role. If you have some ideas on how to help 'the middle' flourish here at Bethel, please come to this LAB. As with all LABS, no promises are made that your specific idea will be implemented. However, all ideas shared will influence the thinking of leaders here at Bethel!
