Sodexo Bob

Bob Schuchardt, beloved general manager of the Sodexo team and all of its operations on Bethel's campus, will be retiring at the end of June 2021. Bob has been a leader with a big servant's heart for 22 years at Bethel, providing award-winning dining services to Bethel students, employees, and their guests. Whether in the catering office, Monson Dining Center, Royal Grounds, 3900 Grill, or online Sodexo services, it's easy to see Bob's trademark service philosophy at work. He's built a vibrant, creative, forward-looking, team-based culture, and his team's customer service is marked by individualized care, strong work relationships, and reliable excellence in every detail. We will miss him as a vital partner who has served and fed us so well--with his sleeves rolled up--among the Bethel community. We wish him and Ruth every good thing as they transition into retirement.
