Event Description
The March LAB for all employees is on the topic of "Lessons Learned from COVID"
This past year, all employees have had to re-imagine their role to some degree as we prepared for teaching and business during a global pandemic. We quickly learned where we are adaptable and agile. We also learned where adaption was not possible because of systems and processes and mindsets like "but this is how we have always done it!" Before the year is over, a project team has been tasked with gathering what we have learned from this remarkable season.
Any employee that wants to think through, "what did we learn and how could that shape our future?" should attend this LAB on March 3 at 3 pm.
FYI If you can't attend, there will be a survey sent to all employees as well which will capture some of what you are thinking.
