| Instructions for Guests | Please park in the spaces reserved for the Board of Trustees in the West lot and proceed to the Lundquist Community Life Center (CLC) building. Signage will direct you to the Alumni Lounge on Brushaber Commons (BC) Level 4, where we will begin our morning with breakfast. We will then transition to the first of the day's activities in the Eastlund Room (CLC Level 2). |

Event Description
As the spouse of Bethel Trustee Board member you are invited to join Annie Allen for A Day in the Life of a Royal. This interactive day will provide a “front row seat” for you to hear from faculty and students from the College of Arts & Sciences.
Thursday Schedule
7:30-8:30 a.m. | Breakfast
8:30-11:30 a.m. | Front row seat of the BUILD Program
Noon-1 p.m. | Lunch
1-3:30 p.m. | Front row seat of the Nursing Program
We hope you will attend as much of the day as you can.
In addition, please join Ross and Annie on Wednesday, October 12, for a private art gallery viewing of A Change in State and the Trustee Board Dinner. The private viewing with artist Michelle Westmark Wingard, Professor of Art and Gallery Director, will begin at 4:15 p.m. in Bethel's Olson Gallery, followed by dinner with the Board of Trustees at 5:15 p.m. in the Eastlund Room. You are welcome for one or both of these Wednesday evening events as your schedule allows.
Attire for both days is business casual.
