Event Description
The COVID-19 pandemic has presented new and never-before-seen challenges to the service delivery industries across the United States. As our country continues to battle against the effects of the virus, we also find ourselves facing a staffing pandemic. It has become increasingly more difficult to hire top talent, and even more difficult to engage with and retain talent. Even finding enough people to fill a shift is costing companies more time, effort, and resources than ever before. The lack of engaged staff exposes a larger problem within service–and other–industries that is important to address.
A group of MBA and Strategic Leadership students from Bethel’s Graduate School recently tackled this issue by making recommendations to a long-term care facility as consultants. In this webinar, they will share their insights, learning, and suggestions both in the long-term care facility and across other industries. Specifically, they will highlight the work they did with Ramsey County Public Health and its stakeholders to develop an audit tool that organizations can use to directly improve engagement, retention, and relationships within organizations.
