Learning Objectives:
*Participants/Supervisors/Field Instructors will define Antiracism, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Identity Conscious supervision
*Engage and discover how power, privilege, and oppression intersects with their own identities and how that influences and shapes their approach to supervision
*Engage in dialogue and practice around antiracist responses and actions in student case scenarios
*Create actionable commitments/statements to be antiracist supervisors/field instructors
