Event Description

All running abilities are invited to the Royal cross country camp. It's a great addition to your off-season training. Personal training plans, lifting, mental toughness, faith, and of course fun, will be the camp focus. Sessions will be led by Bethel head coach Joe Stephens, and assistant Missy Rock. Stephens brings 7 years of high-level DI coaching experience, plus 6 successful years at Bethel. Coach Missy was a 3-Time Division III National Cross Country Champion, and several time Olympic Trials qualifier since then.

Time: 9:00am-4:00pm

Age: Entering grades 6th-12th
