Church Connection Fair 2022

Students: If you're looking for a church home, don't miss this fair! You'll be able to connect with representatives from local churches, ask questions, and get information. This is the perfect opportunity to find just the right church community where you can grow in your faith. (Students do not need to register.)

8:30-9:15 a.m. | Unload and Check In | Brushaber Commons Atrium (Level 2 by Admissions Guest Center)
9:30-10:15 a.m. | Orientation and Breakfast for Church Representatives | The Underground (BC Level 2 by Campus Store)
10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. | Final Set-Up and Fair | Brushaber Commons Atrium

Bethel will provide each registered church with:

• A 6-ft table for display and informational materials
• Two complimentary tickets for lunch in Monson Dining Center (you may purchase additional if needed)
• We will not provide any electric hookup. Plan on your laptop battery if you bring a laptop. No large electronics.

Each registered church should bring:

• A tablecloth or covering for a 6-ft table.
• Information for students, such as maps to church, service times, transportation, service opportunities, small-group opportunities, etc.
• Optional: Up to 6 posters about your church that Bethel will post in designated places around campus (11x17" max). Prior to arrival, please submit this poster form.
• Optional: Edible giveaways, must be individually wrapped.

Instructions

• Review a campus map to get familiar with campus locations.
• Please arrive by 8:30 a.m. to unload, park, and check in.
• Unload at Kresge Courtyard (between Nelson Hall and Wellness Center). Students will help you move your items to your table.
• Once you've unloaded, park in the East or West Lot.
• Drop off any posters at the check-in table.
• Attend the orientation at 9:30 in the Underground. Light breakfast included!
• Return to your table by 10:30 to finalize your table setup.
• At 1 p.m., pack up your belongings. You may load your vehicle in Kresge Courtyard if needed.
• Enjoy lunch in the Dining Center (served until 2 p.m.)
