Instructions for Guests
  • Event parking in ramps near the Convention Center are typically $8 - $10
  • Coat check is free in the Student Lounge Area (L 100 - left of the escalator)
  • Interviews will be held in Exhibit Hall A (Left side of Exhibit Hall)
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Connect to “Private Colleges WiFi” which is available on all floors of the job fair. The Minneapolis Convention Center also offers free Wi-Fi in all first level lobbies.
  • PRE-SCHEDULED INTERVIEWS
    • A unique feature of the fair is the option to pre-schedule interviews. The student resume feature has been implemented to the fair website. Students are encouraged to create a profile and upload their resumes online. The attending organizations have access to view resumes and are encouraged to reach out to candidates directly to pre-schedule interviews.
  • ENTRANCE TO THE IN-PERSON FAIR:
    • 2 separate doors will be available for entrance into the Exhibit Hall to improve traffic flow
    • Doors open at 8:45 a.m. for any registered students requesting accommodations through their affiliated college or university

Event Description

Why Should I Attend?

  • Opportunity to network with 250+ organizations who are interested in starting and maintaining employment relationships with Minnesota graduates!

  • Many of the organizations who will be present at the event will be actively recruiting for jobs and internships.

  • Other organizations may anticipate hiring in the next six months. ​

How Do I Register and What is the Cost?

  • There isn't a cost to register for the fair.

  • Students can register for either the in-person fair on Thursday, February 24, and/or the virtual fair on Tuesday, March 1.

  • Students must register via their Handshake profile. Only pre-registered candidates will be admitted to the job fair.

  • Only Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors, and December 2021 enrolled at one of the participating seventeen Minnesota Private Colleges are eligible to attend.
