Event Description
All teams or departments at Bethel are invited to participate in the Developing Your CQ Workshop!
Cultural Intelligence, or CQ, measures your capability to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse situations. It's a form of intelligence that has been tested by academic researchers in over 98 countries for nearly two decades. Bethel has begun utilizing this tool as a way to help us grow and develop our abilities to work well in diverse settings. Teams and departments are encouraged to participate as a way to invest in the pillar of Thriving Culture.
Winter workshops are being offered on:
- Thursday, February 2 | 9 a.m. - 4 p.m
- Wednesday, March 22 | 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
