Event Description

As employees continue to move to virtual workspaces, it is important to understand how management practices need to change. Psychological safety means employees feel secure asking for help or suggesting new ideas. Our study of online workers shows how managers can no longer passively assume their workers feel safe taking chances. We will examine problems associated with virtual psychological safety and provide management solutions to help create safe and satisfying virtual workplaces.
