Event Description
The Social Work Department welcomes MN State Senator Mary Kunesh to Bethel for a conversation with Professor Nick Zeimet about how personal and public experiences motivate and challenge her in legislative priorities and in working across differences. Senator Kunesh is accomplished in brave, courageous, just, and groundbreaking work for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and MN POCI (People of Color Indigenous) caucuses. This will be a rich conversation.
