Event Description
Have you ever wondered why Bethel requires students to take a class on wellbeing? Or, have you wondered what students are learning and how you might use that information to your advantage? Have you found yourself wanting to integrate brief wellbeing practices into the classroom but you aren’t sure where to begin?
This presentation will provide faculty with a brief overview of why Intro to Wellbeing is required for students and what they learn in the introductory course. Specific emphasis on practices and concepts that could easily be embedded into your classroom or applied in your courses will be emphasized.
