Event Description

ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE & FAITH

Living The Questions creates space for high school students (going into grades 9-12) to belong and become! This unique discipleship experience invites students to wrestle with how faith intersects with culturally relevant topics. This one-week summer program will explore BIG QUESTIONS.... How does environmental science and faith relate to each other? What does the Bible say about caring for the environment? Where and how can I serve God when it comes to creation care?

At the Living The Questions, students will:

  • Discover what it's like to belong and become within a community
  • Learn from Bethel faculty
  • Engage in biblical narratives
  • Develop leadership and cultural competence skills
  • Hang out with current Bethel student mentors
  • Experience Bethel

Overnight accommodations will be provided in secure dorms. Each bedroom has 2 twin XL beds, 2 desks and chairs, and a closet. Roommate requests can be emailed to living-the-questions@bethel.edu. Students will be supervised by a Bethel student. Meals will be provided through the Monson Dining Center.
