Event Description

Join Dr. Jeanine Parolini, MBA Program Director, along with MBA alumni,
students, faculty, and their colleagues, for a 6.5-hour course on Project
Management Skills Fundamentals (including a certificate of completion) taught
by PMI Certified project managers, Rachel Mussel and Mike Schafer. This is a
dynamic overview of the in-demand topic of project management. Content will
introduce project management processes, including initiating, planning and
executing a project, along with basic tools for successfully managing projects,
and how agile methodologies and AI can be leveraged. As a bonus, the
instructors share their experiences so you can understand a day in the life of a
project manager. This fun, interactive course will also give participants the
