Event Description
Are you interested in discussing the launch of a multiethnic ERG (Employee Resource Group) called Tapestry?
The Tapestry Employee Resource Group fosters an environment where faculty and staff can celebrate and cultivate their cultural identities in a Christ-centered community. Inspired by the Biblical call for unity and reconciliation (1 Cor. 12; Rom. 12; Eph. 4:14-18; 2 Cor. 5:11-21), Tapestry supports Bethel’s vision of diverse unity, reflecting the peaceful gathering of all nations in worship (Isa. 2:2-4; Mic. 4:1-5; Rev. 7:9). Our group facilitates spaces for cultural expression, mutual learning, and the pursuit of shalom in Bethel’s workplace culture.
We invite any employee interested to an International Potluck to connect with one another.
