Winter 2024 Commencement Celebration Expo

Join us in celebrating our Bethel graduates at the Winter Commencement Celebration Expo! This special event will honor the achievements of our students and provide a festive atmosphere for the Bethel community.

This lively expo will be bustling with activity and festivity and we would love to have your office represented. Some of the activities that will be included are:

• Regalia Pickup: Graduation attire is essential for the big day! Stop by to collect your regalia and ensure you're ready to walk across the stage in style.
• Post-Graduate Information: Visit different Bethel offices at their tables to celebrate and receive any needed post-graduate information.
• Photo Opportunities: Capture the memories with your friends and classmates! Take snapshots to cherish forever and commemorate your time at Bethel University.
• Snacks and Refreshments: Replenish your energy as you celebrate! A hot chocolate bar will be available to keep you fueled throughout the event.
• Expression of Thanks: Take the time to write a quick "thank you" to Faculty and/or Staff who have supported you in your journey at Bethel.
• PRIZES!: Prize givaways will be occuring every 15 minutes throughout the event. You must be present to win!

Schedule:

• 11:30 a.m.-Noon | Arrival to set up tables for the Expo | Brushaber Commons Atrium (BC), Level 2
• Noon-2 p.m. | Commencement Celebration Expo | Brushaber Commons Atrium (BC), Level 2 (We ask for someone from your office to be at the table for the entirety of the event.)

Items provided:

• One 6-foot table for display and informational materials
• Chairs for office participants to use at the table

Each registered office should bring:

• We will not provide any electric hookup. Plan on your laptop battery if you bring a laptop. No large electronics.

• A tablecloth or covering for a 6-foot table

• Needed information for students

• Optional: Edible giveaways - must be individually wrapped.
