Event Description
Dive into short preview experiences in Physics and Engineering fields you can pursue at Bethel University. Meet our faculty and work with them on short introductory projects such as:
- Using our Scanning Electron Microscope to see nanostructures and devices
- Exploring Fluid Mechanics with our supersonic ping-pong canon, heat sensors, and high-speed video
- Discovering new particles in the VR world that we developed to train CERN scientists
- Examining the intricacies of high-powered rocketry with our award-winning student rocket team
Parents welcome! See 15 research and teaching labs in our 12,000-square-foot facility. Have dinner with professors and current students. Ask all your questions. Attending students will be eligible for first-year department scholarships ($3,000-$5,000).
