Session title: Hardwired to Connect

With Zoom, ChatGPT, remote work, and the fast pace of life, it’s easy to lose sight of what we were created for—meaningful human connection. This fall, Amy Lynn Wenschlag from Intevation Group will guide a conversation exploring how we’re hardwired for relationships in a world that often only appears more connected than ever.

About our speaker

Amy Lynn Wenschlag is co-owner of Intevation Group, a Twin Cities–based HRD consulting company that helps organizations strengthen communication, collaboration, and performance. She partners with clients to deliver practical, customized solutions that support leadership development, team effectiveness, and culture growth.

With a background in sales, training, customer service, and project management across varied industries, Amy Lynn brings a grounded, people-focused approach and a strong ability to coordinate and implement meaningful learning experiences.

Her work includes designing and facilitating team development sessions, supporting onboarding for L&D professionals, and helping organizations integrate solutions like Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviors®, and The Six Types of Working Genius™ into their development strategies.

Whether facilitating a session or supporting behind the scenes, Amy Lynn is committed to delivering exceptional service and collaborating with clients to build lasting partnerships that evolve with their needs.

Outside of work, she enjoys time at her cabin in western Wisconsin, sharing meals with family and friends, volunteering through her church, and finding time to recharge in nature—or around the table for a lively game night.

Note: Mentoring a current Bethel student is another great way for alumni to get connected, and we are always looking for more mentors to join our ranks. Learn more about the BethelBiz, COMMentor and The 25 Mentorship Program by visiting our website.
