Event Description

Learning Lab: Using AI for Assessment

Facilitated by Dr. Molly Wickam, Professor of Education & Business/Leadership

In this one-hour, Zoom-only workshop, Dr. Wickam will share information about how she has used generative AI to create rubrics and checklist grading criteria that align with course objectives and assignment instructions. She will also share the AI Assessment Scale she is using in some of her courses to help students know when they can and cannot use AI.

Faculty attendees will be asked to share their own experiences with using AI to create rubrics or other assessments, or using AI to create AI-resistant assessments so that we can all learn from each other.

This learning lab is open to ALL faculty in CAPS/SEM/GS/CAS.

After you register, you will be sent a Google calendar invitation that will contain the Zoom link for the Learning Lab.
