Mark Benson leads SmartThings at Samsung Electronics, one of the world's largest connected home platforms. Mark will share his experience leading global technology organizations on what separates teams that collapse under pressure from teams that grow through it.

He will share practical insight into how leaders can create the conditions for their teams to not just survive high-stakes moments, but to emerge more capable on the other side.

At the heart of that answer is something more than strategy or structure. It is how we choose to show up, stay grounded, and lead with purpose in a way that makes a lasting impact on the people and organizations we are part of.
