Invitation for Trustees to Participate in Commencement

All Board of Trustee members are cordially invited to participate in any spring commencement ceremonies held in Benson Great Hall, May 27-28, 2023.

Participation in the ceremony includes:

Marching in the processional and recessional.
Attending the 1-hour ceremony.
Reserved seating near the stage.
Attending the reception following the ceremony is optional.
Wearing academic regalia (will be provided).

9-10 a.m. | For CAS graduates with majors from these departments: Applied Health Science; Biological Sciences; Chemistry; Mathematics and Computer Science; Physics and Engineering; Psychological Sciences; Social Work.
12:30-1:30 p.m. | For CAS graduates with majors from these departments: Art and Design; Biblical and Theological Studies; BUILD; Communication Studies; Education; English and Journalism; History, Philosophy, and Political Science; Languages and Cultures; Music and Theatre; Reconciliation Studies.
4-5 p.m. | For CAS graduates with majors from these departments: Business; Community Health; Nursing.
7-8 p.m. | For SEMINARY graduates

1-2 p.m. | For CAPS and GS graduates

Additional details:

Reserved parking on campus.
Spouses are welcome to attend and will have reserved seating in Benson Great Hall.
Complimentary lunch and/or dinner.
