Due to the expected snowfall, the Thanksgiving holiday, and no scheduled classes, Bethel University will be closed November 27.

Due to the expected snowfall, the Thanksgiving holiday, and no scheduled classes, Bethel University will be closed November 27. All non-essential services, including the Bethel University Child Development Center, are closed.

Non-exempt or hourly employees should mark the time on their timesheets in the "emergency" column. Exempt or salaried employees need not report anything on their leave reports. Please refer to the "Campus Emergency and Campus Closing Policy" in the Employee Handbook for more detailed information on timesheets.

Additional campus information:

  • Residence halls and meal service will proceed as scheduled for Thanksgiving break.
  • There will be no campus shuttle Wednesday.
  • Campus buildings will be open normal business hours.
  • The Bethel University Library will closed.
  • The Wellness Center will be open from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
