Bethel University’s B.S. in Business Management and MBA programs, were recently awarded accreditation from The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) due to their demonstrated educational rigor and academic excellence.

ACBSP awards accreditation based on leadership, stakeholder relationships, faculty credentials, educational support, and quality of the academic programs.

“Bethel University has shown its commitment to continually improving academic quality through accreditation,” ACBSP Chief Accreditation Officer Steve Parscale says. “Accreditation promotes innovation and creativity to remain relevant and enhance sustainability for continued existence in this dynamic world of higher education.”

Molly Wickam, program director and associate professor, was thankful and proud of the encouragement, guidance, and preparation that took place for the accreditation of the program. “Thank you to the business faculty, staff, and administrators at Bethel University for your help, support, and encouragement as we went through our self-study,” Wickam says.

Bethel University’s B.S. in Business Management program offers three concentrations, including global business, management, and senior care leadership and administration. The program is built on the vision of preparing Christian leaders who are highly skilled in their area of study through professional mentoring, distinguished faculty, and skill development.

Bethel’s Department of Business and Economics was accredited by ACBSP in 2015.
