Jeanne Osgood, senior associate for the president

Jeanne Osgood will begin a new role as senior associate for the president later this month.

After serving as associate vice president for development and planned giving for the last two years, Jeanne Osgood ’93, GS’19 will move into a new role this month: senior associate for the president.

In this role, Osgood will serve on the president’s cabinet and help integrate, execute, and align key priorities and new initiatives to propel Bethel forward. She will also manage projects, shepherd feedback and questions directed to the president’s office, and facilitate effective collaboration across the university.

“I’m excited for Jeanne to join our leadership team,” says President Ross Allen. “At Bethel, we believe God has called us to do and be more—and I’m confident that Jeanne’s skills, connections, and insights will help us drive forward critical initiatives and perform with Christ-honoring excellence.”

With more than two decades of experience in leadership and communication roles at Bethel and beyond, Osgood has a deep understanding of the university, meaningful connections in the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities, high standards for excellence, and a passion for Christ-centered education.

“I am energized to step into a new role that provides me with greater opportunity to make a lasting impact at Bethel,” Osgood says. “As the landscape of higher education continues to change, I look forward to collaborating across Bethel's organizational departments to help execute university priorities."

In her free time, Osgood enjoys watching college football, being on the lake, and spending time with her husband, Eric, and three children, Jake, Kate, and Tyson.
