Biography

Dr. Williams teaches theology and ethics with an emphasis on forming students for thoughtful, faithful ministry. His work brings academic scholarship into conversation with the realities of pastoral leadership through congregational ministry and collaborative theological projects. He is a Fellow with the Center for Pastor Theologians and serves as an author and consultant with the Association of Theological Schools on the Theologies for Pastoral Ministry initiative. He earned his PhD in Theology from Bangor University (Wales, U.K.), MTS (thesis) in Theology s from Regent University's School of Divinity, and BA in Theological Studies from The King's University.
