Biography

Anna Johnson received her bachelor's in psychology and biology at St. Olaf College, and her master's and doctorate in child psychology at the University of Minnesota. Her research aims to identify individual and social factors that support positive coping and resilience for children and caregivers. Anna has enjoyed teaching undergraduates at St. Thomas, St. Olaf, and Macalester, and she looks forward to putting down roots at Bethel. In her free time, she likes to hike, camp, and explore outdoor spaces, especially along the North Shore of Lake Superior.
