Biography

Caleb Molstad is an affiliate faculty with the Humanities Program and English Department. He has a BS in Intercultural Studies from Corban University, an MA in Medieval Studies from Western Michigan University, and an MA and PhD in English from the University of Minnesota. He focuses on medieval literature, food studies, vernacular theology, and imaginative literature. Favorite books to read include science fiction and fantasy. Outside the classroom he enjoys hiking, biking, gardening, and kayaking and is Director of Youth Ministry at Church of the Redeemer.
