Biography

Greg Bourland brings a diverse background of senior-level human resources experiences. He recently semi-retired fro, his role as Vice President, Human Resources, leading the talent strategies of the Rhythm Management Group of Boston Scientific. Previously at Boston Scientific, he served as a director of regional compensation, and senior HR Business Partner roles. Previously, Greg was an HR Director at Shriner's Hospital for Children in the Twin Cities, and served in organization development and employee/labor relations roles at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. He has been a certified Lean/Six Signa Instructor, and served for three years as an examiner with the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Program.
