Biography

Heather has been an adjunct nursing instructor since 2023 and took on a full time nursing faculty role in 2025. She attended Bethel University and graduated with her BSN. Shortly after, she attended the School of Public Health at the U of M and earned her Masters in Public Health, with an emphasis on Occupational Health Nursing. She has worked in pediatrics for over 2 decades, both in the hospital and in school nursing. Her family of 5 loves the outdoors, camping, and traveling. Heather and her husband enjoy renovating together and they always tend to have a project going. They have three daughters that keep them busy with sports and other activities.
