He has worked on a number of global- and US-based HR transformation projects. Trained as a psychologist and business leader, he brings a unique perspective on HR transformation projects. He specializes in HR strategy development as well as the design and implementation of HR operating models and talent management processes, like performance management, succession learning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
