Biography

Jeanine's passion is to develop principled people, leaders and learning organizations. Dr. Parolini accomplishes this by directing the MBA Program, teaching, coaching, thesis and dissertation advising, and consulting with leaders and their organizations. She has coached thousands of leaders and hundreds of organizations from various sectors across the globe. Jeanine develops leaders, teams and organizations to be continuous learners, self-aware, trustworthy, responsible, collaborative, empowering and innovative. Her experiences include 12 years in corporate strategic sales and consulting, 9 years in key staff positions at 2 Midwestern megachurches, and 22 years in consulting, coaching and teaching. Additionally, she has invested 28 years in key volunteer roles including leadership and team development. She speaks and writes on a variety of topics involving effective leadership, teams and organizational life.

I love the work I am blessed to do each day!
