Highlight

I graduated from the University of Minnesota with my doctorate in counseling psychology in 2013, focusing on the use of internet-based interventions to improve symptoms of depression and anxiety. Since that time I have worked as a staff psychologist for the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Hospital and at the Sanford Health clinic in Alexandria, MN. I have had the good fortune to teach at the University of Minnesota during my training and later with the Masters in Counseling program here at Bethel University. My professional interests include primary care mental health integration, time-limited psychotherapy, pre-surgical mental health evaluation, and vocational development.
