Event Description
This meal-packing event is for the entire BU community: students, staff, and faculty! Don a cool hairnet and join hundreds of Bethel friends to pack thousands of meals that will be shipped to malnourished kids around the world.
Simply sign up for a 2-hour shift (links above).
Bethel-provided bus departs from and returns to RC steps:
- 8-10 a.m. shift: Bus departs from RC steps at 7:40. Return bus departs from church after shift.
- 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. shift: Bus departs from RC steps at 11:10. Return bus departs from church after shift—expect a slight delay.
- 2-4 p.m. shift: Bus departs from RC steps at 1:40. Return bus departs from church after shift.
Feed My Starving Children is a Christian non-profit that provides nutritionally complete meals formulated for malnourished kids.
Bethel is providing this opportunity in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of the Omark Preaching Award and this year's preaching theme of justice. The top three award finalists will preach in chapel on May 1, 3, and 5.
